PEOPLE BEHIND THE SCENES

Heather M. Clifford – Founder and President

Heather M. Clifford is the founder and president of Infusion Studio LLC. She has personally designed and executed such major seasonal programs as the Exxon "Ski with the Tiger" program, Irving Oil's "Hitch a Ride" program, and the Oktoberfest program at Pats Peak.

"I love what I do! I enjoy coming up with different concepts
for my clients' projects. I listen to their needs and then
I return to my desk and start hammering away on different
layouts and designs. My clients trust me – they know I will get
the job done in a timely manner and will not let them down."

The Vertical Challenge ski and snowboard promotional tour, now in its 22nd year, is one of Heather's proudest achievements. She has secured major multiple-year sponsorships by such household names as Mountain Dew, helping raise the profile of this family-friendly event and its charitable support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Before founding Infusion Studio in 2002, Heather Clifford was the vice president of creative services at Good Stuff Entertainment, working with clients that included the New England Patriots, Budweiser, Red Baron Pizza, and Dunkin' Donuts.

She holds a bachelor's degree in art from Plymouth State College, where she majored in graphic design, and she regularly takes part in continuing education through such institutions as New Horizons, SkillPath, and Granite State College to keep up with developments in graphic and web design software.

Robyn Larson McCarthy – Editor

An editor and writer with more than 20 years' experience in book and magazine publishing and corporate communications, Robyn Larson McCarthy is the editorial director of an independent business and children's book publisher based in New Hampshire. She and her team of writers handle all of Infusion Studio's copy and proofreading needs.

Randy Jennings – Illustrator

Illustrator Randy Jennings has been Infusion Studio's go-to man for sports-related clients seeking bold custom logos, mascots, web graphics, t-shirt designs, and much more for the last three years. The eye-popping design he created for the 2009 Mountain Dew Vertical Challenge registration t-shirt was a huge hit, for example, with participants wearing the shirts repeatedly, while his illustrations for a recent Pats Peak drink cup garnered rave reviews from the client.

Meredith Noyes – Illustrator

The head of her own creative design firm in New Hampshire, illustrator Meredith Noyes knew she wanted to be an artist since she first held a pencil. Her elegant designs have provided just the right look for Infusion Studio clients ranging from Centerplate (formerly the Boston Culinary Group) and PepsiCo brands to Op5 and Walmart.

Dwight Pries – Graphic Designer

"Mission impossible!" is the motto for graphic designer Dwight Pries, whose collaborations with Heather Clifford go back more than 10 years. From sports photography to corporate brand identities to large-scale posters and vehicle wraps, he'll accept any marketing design challenge at his Southern New Hampshire studio – nailing the look the first time, every time.

Alison Vallocchia – Graphic Designer

Alison Vallocchia was brought on board to provide a fresh look for the annual Vertical Challenge campaign several years ago. Her cutting-edge concepts help the Infusion Studio team maintain a dynamic feel across all marketing materials related to the longest running ski and snowboard series in North America.

Joy Haydon – Web Designer

When Infusion Studio needs web design for such a high-profile company as personal protective gear manufacturer Mango Helmets, Heather Clifford relies on designer Joy Haydon. Haydon's experience and skill result in a website that can handle the high traffic and competitive market requirements of such an international client.

Ben Callaghan – Web Designer

Designing websites since he was just 12 years old, Ben Callaghan brings his considerable talent for spreading the clients' message in this essential medium to the Infusion Studio team. He has worked on sites ranging from RuRoC Helmets to Tri State Fire Protection.

Infusion Studio also has long-standing working relationships with a variety of independent suppliers
of promotional products, major event coordinators, and marketing programmers in niche industries.
